•	Synergy Training The City of Rockdale, the Rockdale Downtown Association and the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce have partnered to offer to leaders in Milam County state-of-the-art training in visioning, strategic planning and other skills necessary for succeeding in today’s business world. The training is open to all business and civic leaders in Milam County. The date for this training is Tuesday, April 7, 2009, in the Patterson Center on Mill Street in Rockdale. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the presentation will begin at 6 p.m. Light refreshments will be served prior to the session. The mission of Rockdale Downtown Association is to foster, promote, maintain and encourage the civic, social, commercial, tourist and economic welfare of downtown Rockdale by empowering the merchants in this designated area with guidance and education to the best of our ability and to encourage the consumer for greater patronage through various public activities.

Membership is open to any organization, business of individual interested in promoting the mission and purpose of Rockdale Downtown Association.
